Cultural Expeditions

Welcome to the Cultural Research Station! In your classroom, you have been learning about indigenous cultures or ancient civilizations and their contributions to our society of today. To extend your knowledge you will be gathering knowledge online and sharing the information you learn in several ways:

• Artifact Collections - visit web sites to search for information, then create an artifact collection which will be posted in a POD.

• Secret codes (under construction)- Create a secret message using picture writing, or scramble a message using a secret code, then post it to our Message Center. Try to unscramble the messages that others have written.

• Writing Cultural Tales - Visit website with "Legends" or "Tales" that some cultures used to explain nature. Then write your own legend.
